This policy explains what information PeerzTech (“we”, “us”) collects on peerztech.com, how we use it, and what choices you have. By using the website you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Contact form and messages. If you send us an inquiry, we receive your name, email, phone number, the service you chose and the details you write. We use it only to reply to you and to prepare a quote.

PeerzLedger accounts. If you create a PeerzLedger account, we store your login details and the business records you enter, so the service can work for you.

Basic visit data. Our hosting provider and our server keep standard logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and time. We use them for security and to keep the site working.

3. Free tools and your files

Most tools (PDF, image, video to audio, recorders, calculators and converters) run inside your browser. Your files are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to our server.

Some tools save your settings in your browser (local storage), for example company details on invoices, sizes in the Site Measurement tool, or recent speed test results. This stays on your device. You can clear it from your browser settings.

4. Tools that use outside services

A few tools need the network by design:

  • Send Anywhere and Remote Desk: our server holds a short connection key for about 10 minutes so two devices can find each other. Files and screen video then travel directly between the devices, encrypted. On some networks the traffic may pass through a relay service, which cannot read it.
  • Translators: the text you enter is sent to a translation service to produce the result.
  • Speed Test: your device connects to Cloudflare test servers, which see your IP address.
  • IP Address Checker: your IP address is looked up with an outside lookup service.
  • Video Player: if you paste a YouTube link, the video is shown with YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, and YouTube may set its own cookies.
  • Fonts: some pages load fonts from Google Fonts.

These services have their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies and tracking

We do not run advertising on this website and we do not use third-party analytics at this time. We use browser storage only to remember your settings. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this page.

6. How we use information

To answer your messages, provide PeerzLedger, keep the website secure and working, and improve our tools. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the website (for example our hosting provider and the services in section 4), or when the law requires it.

8. How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your request and for our business records. PeerzLedger data is kept while your account is active. Connection keys expire in minutes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

9. Security

The website uses HTTPS and our hosting provider applies security updates. No system is completely secure, so please do not send us information you are not comfortable sharing, and keep your passwords private.

10. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@peerztech.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

11. Children

The website is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
