These terms apply when you use peerztech.com, our free online tools and PeerzLedger. By using them, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Our services

PeerzTech builds websites, desktop applications and business software, and offers free online tools. Projects we build for clients are covered by a separate written agreement or quotation.

2. Free tools

The free tools are provided free of charge and “as is”. We may change, limit or remove any tool at any time without notice.

3. Accuracy of results

Calculators and converters (including tax, EMI, loan, construction, area and measurement tools) give estimates for general guidance. Rates, slabs and standards change, and your situation may differ. Please check important results yourself. For tax, legal, financial or building decisions, confirm with a qualified professional. We are not responsible for decisions made using the results.

4. Your files and content

You are responsible for the files and information you use with our tools and for having the right to use them. Most tools process files in your browser. Please keep your own copies, because we cannot recover files for you.

5. Acceptable use and misuse

You agree not to use the website or tools to break the law, harm others, spread malware, attack or overload our systems or other people’s devices, record, watch or send files to someone without their permission, create false or misleading documents (for example fake invoices, receipts, salary slips or vouchers), or infringe anyone’s rights.

You are fully responsible for how you use the tools and for what you create, share, record or send with them. The documents and files you make are your own, and we do not check or verify them. We are not responsible for any misuse of the website or tools by you or by anyone else, or for any loss or claim that results from it. We may block access, suspend an account or remove a tool if we find misuse, and we may share information with authorities when the law requires it.

6. PeerzLedger accounts

You are responsible for your account, your password and the records you enter. Please keep regular backups of important data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

7. Intellectual property

The website design, text, logo and software code of our tools belong to PeerzTech unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or resell them without our written permission. You keep ownership of your own files and data.

8. Third-party services and links

Some tools and pages use or link to outside services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Availability

We try to keep the website running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, PeerzTech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, profit or business, or for any damage that comes from using or not being able to use the website or tools, including damage caused by misuse of the tools by you or by third parties.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Using the website after a change means you accept the new terms.
